- VA loans in 18 listed counties. VA lists Bronx, Broome, Columbia, Delaware, Dutchess, Greene, Kings, Nassau, New York, Orange, Putnam, Queens, Richmond, Rockland, Suffolk, Sullivan, Ulster, and Westchester counties. Elsewhere in New York, VA says the information is required when the appraisal identifies a potential wood-destroying insect problem. source

Is NPMA-33 an official New York termite form?

Does a New York home inspection automatically include termites?
No. New York's home-inspector standard does not require the inspector to identify wood-destroying organisms. Ask whether WDI work is included, who performs it, and whether the result will satisfy the party requesting the report.
Which New York pesticide category covers termite work?
