Listing and personal data requests

Use this form for two things: a business listing, or your own personal data. Pick which one in the first field below.

Your business listing

PestPin builds its directory of pest control business records matched to public state license data (the same public data your state regulator publishes). If you are the business, or the person named in a listing, you can ask us to correct it, claim it to manage it yourself, or remove it.

To protect businesses from a competitor tampering with their listing, we review every request and may email you to confirm before we act. We action verified requests within 45 days, consistent with your rights under the CCPA and similar laws.

Your personal data

If you sent a quote request, used a tool, or opened a provider account, you can ask us for your own data. There are three requests:

• Send me a copy. We email you the personal information we hold for your email address, and tell you who we shared it with.
• Delete it. We delete what we can. Some records stay: payment and audit records we are required or allowed to keep, and anything a pest control company already received when it accepted your request, which is now in that company's own hands and cannot be recalled by us.
• Correct it. Tell us what is wrong and we fix it on our records.

We match the email address on your request to the email address on the record, so please use the address you gave us. We respond within 45 days, and we do not charge for this. Asking never affects the service you get from us.
