1. We check availability. If an eligible local pest control company is available, your request goes to one company at a time, never sold as a shared lead and never sent to several companies at once.
2. A company may accept. If one accepts, we confirm the introduction and they may contact you by phone, text, or email. A response or quote is not guaranteed.
3. You decide. There is no obligation to hire. If the first company declines or does not respond, PestPin offers your request to the next licensed company with a matched license record, one at a time. That is the default when you did not name a company. Different companies may receive a limited preview over time, never in parallel; full contact details go to the company that accepts.
