What you pay

- Only when you accept.Every lead arrives as a preview (pest, city, first name). You see it before you pay. Accept to unlock the homeowner's full contact; decline and you owe nothing.
- No subscription, no commission. We never take a percentage of the job. A placement plan is optional and never required to receive leads.
- $100 in founding credits when you claim your free listing — your first 2 exclusive leads cost you nothing.
Our refund guarantee
You should never pay for a bad lead. If a lead you accepted is any of the following, flag it "Not a real lead" in your dashboard within 7 days and we refund the fee to your credit balance automatically:
- A wrong, disconnected, or fake phone number
- Spam, a bot, or an obvious test submission
- A duplicate of a lead you already received
- A job outside your service area or a pest you don't treat
- Someone who says they never requested a quote
No support ticket, no phone call — the refund is instant and automatic.
What is not refundable
A lead that simply didn't become a booked jobis not refunded — the homeowner didn't answer, chose another company, or decided to wait. You paid for a genuine, exclusive introduction to someone who wanted the work; converting it is your sales process, and speed matters (most homeowners hire whoever calls back first). Refunding non-conversions would force us to raise prices and would flood you with low-effort competitors. The honest deal is simple: you pay for the qualified introduction, not the outcome — and junk is always free.
Exclusive, and yours to keep
Every lead is 1:1 — one homeowner, one pro. It is never resold to five companies (the number-one complaint about the big lead sites). Once you accept, the customer relationship is yours; we don't take a cut of the job and we never contact your customer to upsell them. We earn only that one flat lead fee, and we earn it by sending you real, verified, exclusive demand.
