By using PestPin("the Service") you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

The Service

PestPin is a directory and marketplace that helps homeowners find and contact pest control providers. We are not a pest control provider and do not perform pest control services. We verify provider license information but do not guarantee the work of any provider.

For homeowners

Using the Service is free. When you request a quote, you authorize us to share your request with one matched provider and authorize that provider to contact you. You are responsible for evaluating and contracting with providers directly.

For providers

Providers must keep license and insurance information accurate and current. Paid placements are clearly labeled. Subscriptions are month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time. Submitting fake reviews or misrepresenting credentials is grounds for removal.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, PestPin is not liable for the acts, omissions, or work quality of any provider, or for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes
