How it works
1. Join free
Find your listing and claim it, then confirm the cities and pest types you actually serve: those two steps turn on request matching. Claim from the email address on your license record and it is yours right then; from any other address a person checks it, and we email you when it is decided (your listing page lists the checks that approve a claim on their own). No card and no monthly plan, and an approved claim comes with $29 in account credit, enough for one standard introduction. Pause new requests or hand the listing back from your dashboard whenever you want.
2. Review eligible requests
When an eligible homeowner request is available in your confirmed area and categories, it is offered to one provider at a time, with the price shown up front.
3. Use credit only when you accept
An accepted general request costs $29; termite and bed bug cost $99; a commercial property costs $149. Decline before accepting and you owe nothing. You can top up your credit in your dashboard whenever you want to.
The $29 general rate is a founding rate through December 31, 2026. After that a general introduction is $49.
One provider at a time
An open request is offered to one provider at a time and is never sold to several competitors in parallel.
Your prices, answered for you
Publish your price ranges once from your dashboard. Homeowners see them on your listing next to your license, and PestPin gives the same answer to the assistants that look companies up for them. Free with a claimed listing.

Local Services Ads are the closest comparison, and per lead they can be cheaper than we are. That is the honest version, so here is what the difference buys. The introduction is exclusive: it goes to one company and is never resold. There is no subscription, no contract and no termination fee, so a quiet month costs you nothing. You see the job and the exact price before you decide, and you are charged only after you accept it. With Local Services Ads you set a weekly budget, take the leads Google sends, and ask for a credit afterward on the ones that were not a fit.
For context on why a license record is worth more than a badge: in October 2025 Google retired the Google Guaranteed badge and the money-back guarantee behind it, and replaced both with Google Verified, which reflects credential checks and carries no guarantee. A badge is worth the record behind it, so ours points at the state license entry with the number and the date we checked it.
Market figures are published industry ranges for pest control leads, not PestPin measurements, and vary by market. The shared-lead model has drawn regulator action: in 2023 the FTC ordered HomeAdvisor to pay up to $7.2 million, and its complaint specifically cited charging contractors for leads that were unwanted, out of area, or otherwise did not match what was promised. PestPin does not guarantee lead volume in any market.

Founding credit: a completed approved claim receives $29 in account credit. That is the full price of a general request, so your first standard introduction costs you nothing. Specialty and commercial requests use the same balance.
