How it works

2. Review eligible requests
When an eligible homeowner request is available in your confirmed area and categories, it is offered to one provider at a time. Volume is not guaranteed.
3. Use credit only when you accept
An accepted general introduction costs $29; termite and bed bug cost $99; a commercial property costs $149. Decline before accepting and you owe nothing. Top-ups are available in your dashboard.
The $29 general rate is a founding rate through December 31, 2026. After that a general introduction is $49.
One provider at a time
An open request is offered to one provider at a time and is never sold to several competitors in parallel.
Accepted-lead pricing
An accepted general introduction costs $29; a termite or bed bug introduction costs $99; a commercial property costs $149. There is no monthly plan and no contract.
A checkable license record
Show your license number and official source. The record-match label does not claim to verify insurance, work quality, service area, or availability.
Request-linked reviews
A review invitation is available only after an accepted introduction, and each submission is moderated before publication.

Market figures are published industry ranges for pest control leads, not PestPin measurements, and vary by market. The shared-lead model has drawn regulator action: in 2023 the FTC ordered HomeAdvisor to pay up to $7.2 million, and its complaint specifically cited charging contractors for leads that were unwanted, out of area, or otherwise did not match what was promised. PestPin does not guarantee lead volume in any market.

A flat amount is deducted from account credit only for an exclusive lead you accept. No subscription is required to receive offers. Your close rate and return depend on your response, pricing, service, and local demand; PestPin does not promise booked jobs.

Founding credit: a completed approved claim receives $29 in account credits toward your first accepted introductions. Specialty requests use the same balance. Lead availability and volume vary by market.
Optional placement plans
Optional monthly plans add placement above unclaimed listings and a labeled Featured slot at the highest tier. A plan is not required to receive lead offers.
Placement plans are not on sale yet
You do not need one. Your phone and website already show on every listing for free, and exclusive introductions are pay-per-accept with no monthly fee. Placement plans only sort you higher, always labeled Sponsored, and we will not sell that until these pages have the traffic to make it worth your money. Prices here describe the roadmap, not a purchase available today.
